Purestat Engineered Technologies was a division of Maine Poly, Inc., established in 1980 by Bob Neal and Bob Ray. June 1998, Neal and Ray sold their interest in Maine Poly, Inc. February 2001, Neal and Ray purchased the electronic packaging division of Maine Poly, Inc. In 2010 Richard Kullson and Keith Donaldson purchased Pure-Stat Technologies and operated under the name of Purestat Engineered Technologies. In 2019 Purestat Engineered Technologies was sold to Transcendia. Kullson Engineered Technologies was formed in 2022 in a new building consisting of 14,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space
